Yoga with Anat
Welcome and hello. Namaste.
My name is Anat and I am an experienced yoga teacher guiding fellow humans towards a holistic and embodied experience. I believe in healing through the body to remember the wholeness of our body, mind and spirit.
Compassionate teaching, mindful movement and theme driven classes are how I aim to teach. I try to emphasise to my students that the benefits of yoga are in the basic principles: weaving the breath and the body together. Yoga is a dance between control and surrender, between pushing and letting go. I always try to find the balance between a fun class and a deep and meaningful one.
I consider yoga a form of physical, mind and emotional therapy, as this practice asks of us to feel more, to trust, to let go of old patterns and create a new experience and new relationship with ourselves.
