About

A bit about myself.

My work begins with the body - the quiet places where tension settles, bracing comes into awareness, and ease begins to feel possible again.

I came to this work the long way, through my own years of holding tension I did not know I was holding. What I teach now is what actually helped me: small, mindful movements that allow the body to set things down.

As a Certified Human Garage Fascial Maneuvers Coach and a Certified 500 RYT yoga teacher with more than 1,800 hours of teaching experience, I guide individuals and groups toward greater ease in the body and in life. In my classes, you will find both depth and lightness - a balance that makes the practice meaningful, and often quietly joyful.
