Fascial Maneuvers
Slow, breath-guided rotational movements that work with the fascia, the connective tissue that wraps through every muscle, joint, and organ.
In a session I guide you through slow, purposeful movements with gentle hands-on support while you breathe and notice what begins to soften.
It looks quiet from the outside. What it does is ease long-held tension and give you back a more natural range of movement.
Nothing is forced. Tissue that is being pushed tends to guard; tissue that is left alone tends to soften.
