This is your retreat. The resort offers a hybrid, flexible schedule of events, meaning you can pick and choose what activities or workshops you wish to attend daily. If you prefer to stay on the beach for a day or take a dip in a cenote, you can. You can order as much food and premium drinks as you wish throughout the day and night. Check out below a sample schedule of a full day's workshops and events, these will vary daily. Throughout the week we are offering a range of somatic experiential activities, yoga, and meditations on themes of forgiveness, gratitude, connecting to the body, letting go and finding love and peace. Facilitators
Noam Kedem (www.presentfully.com), is a teacher and mentor guiding people in expanded states of consciousness to wake up and change their lives. Noam is certified in Hakomi, IFS and other modalities which he applies as compassionate scaffolding to help clients renovate their emotional inner homes and learn to open the door and step out into the present moment.
Anat Reisman Kedem is an experienced Vinyasa, Hatha, and restorative yoga instructor (500 RYT), a certified MindSet Mindfulness teacher and Tamura Method practitioner. Anat guides 1:1, teaches several yoga classes and leads workshops in the Bay Area.
Rooms
There are several types of rooms available, double or single occupancy, with variety of upgrades to choose from. For example, there are king suites with a direct pool swim-out option, and rooms with or without a tub. Once you have decided to join us, you will be able to select your preferred room in the reservation process directly with the resort. By the way, our discount rate applies for up to 3 days prior and 3 days post the retreat dates, in case you want to extend your vacation.

If we cancel, your payment will be refunded in full.
If you cancel, you will forfeit your deposit.
Your flights, hotel and transfers are refundable per the terms of the selected vendors (resort, airline and shuttle policy).
