A space to unwind, reset, and return to ease.
Yoga Teacher · Somatic Practitioner · Fascial Maneuvers Coach
The body holds wisdom. When it feels safe and supported, it can begin to heal.
Thank you for visiting. This is a gentle place to begin listening to your body again.
Hello, I’m Anat.
The most important role in my life is being a mom to my three children, who have already spread their wings and stepped into their own journeys. My husband and I are not entirely empty nesters though, as we share our home with Maya, our five-year-old adopted German Shepherd.
I feel fortunate to spend my days sharing the work I love.
As a Human Garage-trained Fascial Maneuvers Coach and 500 RYT yoga teacher with more than 1,800 hours of teaching experience, I guide individuals and groups toward self-healing, nervous system regulation, and greater balance in body and life.
This work is rooted in a simple understanding: stress, trauma, and life experiences can shape the way we relate to our bodies.
Through movement, awareness, and compassionate guidance, students are invited to reconnect with themselves, release what has been held, and discover new possibilities for healing.
My intention is simple.
To remind you that you are not a person who needs to be fixed.
The wisdom of your healing already lives within you.
And to create a space where your body finally feels safe enough to exhale.
Healing the Living Web Within
Over time, the body learns to protect us - through tension, breath-holding, bracing, or disconnecting from sensation.
We hold our breath. We tighten our shoulders. We disconnect from the body that carries us through life.
Fascia is the living web that supports and connects every part of us. When we combine intentional movement with Fascial Maneuvers, we invite the body to release stored tension, restore natural movement, and return to a greater sense of ease.
For me, discovering Fascial Maneuvers felt like finding a missing piece of the puzzle - a bridge that transformed both my personal practice and the way I support others.
What Are Fascial Maneuvers?
Fascial Maneuvers are somatic practices of breath-guided rotational movements that communicate directly with the fascial system - the body’s living matrix.
Through simple, repeatable movements, we help dissolve holding patterns, reduce pain, regulate the nervous system, and awaken the body’s natural capacity to heal.
Fascial Maneuvers can be understood through three interconnected dimensions:
Physical
The body’s structure, movement patterns, tension, and pain.
Emotional
The feelings and experiences that are often carried and expressed through the body.
Story
The beliefs, habits, and narratives that shape how we experience ourselves and the world.
In this work, we learn to navigate between all three. As the body begins to open, we are not only addressing pain. We are also exploring the patterns and stories that may live beneath it.
Fascia does not release through force. It releases when the nervous system feels safe enough to let go.
Private Sessions
Private sessions are quiet, supportive, and personalized.
We begin by listening. What does your body feel like? Where is tension living? What feels stuck? What is ready to be explored?
The value of a session is not measured solely by time or outcomes. It is measured by your experience - whether something softens, whether the breath opens, whether you leave feeling more present, more connected, and more available to yourself.
The intention is to offer you simple tools you can return to at home, supporting your body’s own healing.
Classes, Workshops & Retreats
We heal together as a community.
Classes, workshops, and retreats create a shared space where each person works with their own body while being supported by the presence of others.
The world is changing, and we are changing with it. Stress and unresolved experiences can quietly limit our potential and disconnect us from ourselves. Through movement, breath, awareness, and community, we create space for the body to soften and for a new story to emerge.
