A quiet place to land, breathe, and feel like yourself again.
Yoga Teacher · Somatic Practitioner · fascial maneuvers coach
Your body has been carrying you this whole time. Here, it gets to be the one that is cared for.
Thank you for visiting. If you have been meaning to listen to your body for a while now, this is a gentle place to begin.
Hello, I’m Anat.
My work begins with the body, the quiet places where tension settles, bracing comes into awareness, and ease begins to feel possible again.
As a Certified Human Garage Fascial Maneuvers Coach and a Certified 500 RYT yoga teacher with more than 1,800 hours of teaching experience, I guide individuals and groups toward greater ease in the body and in life.
The most important role in my life is being a mom to my three children, who have already spread their wings and stepped into their own journeys. My husband and I are not entirely empty nesters, though, as we share our home with Maya, our adopted German Shepherd.
I came to this work the long way, through my own years of holding tension I did not know I was holding. What I teach now is what actually helped me: small, mindful movements that allow the body to set things down.
You do not have to understand everything at once. You only need a willingness to listen to what your body is asking for.
Is This Work for Me?
This work may resonate with you if you are:
carrying stress, tension, or overwhelm in your body.
feeling disconnected from yourself or how you move through life.
curious about a deeper relationship with movement and self-awareness.
longing for more ease, resilience, and freedom in your body.
navigating a period of transition, burnout, grief, or change.
You do not need experience with yoga or fascial maneuvers. You only need curiosity about what your body may be ready to tell you.
My intentions are simple.
To remind you that you are not a person who needs to be fixed.
To help you remember that nothing about you is broken.
To create a space where your body finally feels safe enough to exhale.
Healing the Living Web Within
Most of us protect ourselves without ever deciding to. We hold our breath. We tighten our shoulders at the desk. We clench our jaw without realizing it. We stop noticing the body that carries us around all day, until something aches loudly enough to get our attention.
Fascia is the connective tissue that runs through all of it, a kind of internal webbing that wraps around muscles, bones, ligaments, tendons and organs.
For me, discovering fascial maneuvers felt like finding a missing piece of the puzzle, a bridge that transformed both my personal practice and the way I support others.
What Are Fascial Maneuvers?
The fascial maneuvers are slow, breath-guided rotational movements that target the fascia, the living connective tissue web that wraps through the body, supports movement, and helps hold us together. The movements are simple and mindful, and that is the point. Practiced gently and consistently, they can support ease, body awareness, nervous system settling, and a more natural sense of movement.
The fascial maneuvers work on three planes:
Physical
The tension, the pain, the way you move.
Emotional
The feeling underneath it.
Story
The beliefs and patterns that shape how you experience and hold yourself.
As the body opens, we are rarely only addressing the ache. We are also meeting whatever has been living beneath it.
Fascia does not release through force. It releases when the nervous system feels safe enough to let go.
Yoga and Breath
Yoga is where I learned to live in my body instead of pass through it.
A strong foundation in breath and alignment teaches you what safety feels like. In my classes, yoga becomes a conversation between control and surrender, effort and release, tension and ease.
The simplest things are often the most powerful: moving breath and body together, showing up, and feeling what arises. This builds strength, mobility, and a deeper relationship with yourself.
In my classes, you will find both depth and lightness. That balance is what makes the practice meaningful and fun.
Private Sessions
Private sessions are quiet, supportive, and personalized.
We begin by listening with curiosity.
What does your body feel like? Where does tension live? What feels stuck? What is ready to be explored?
People often come in carrying something specific, a shoulder that will not loosen, sleep that will not come, or a low hum of stress they have stopped questioning. We start here and trust the path.
Classes, Workshops & Retreats
Some things are easier to release in good company. In classes, workshops, and retreats, each person works with their own body, but no one needs to do it alone.
So many of us carry more than we realize, and it quietly narrows the life we were meant to live. Moving and breathing alongside others makes space for the body to soften, sometimes making room for a new story to unfold.
